Ryanair flight news: Passengers filmed vomiting on Manchester-Croatia plane | UK | News

As reported by the Daily Mirror, the three and a half hour flight was delayed as stewards struggled to control the revellers. They were believed to be heading to the Hard Island festival at Zrce beach and some were arrested after Croatian police boarded the flight before travellers were allowed to leave. Aneta Zukow, 24, and boyfriend Piotr Nesan, 32, were on the flight and filmed footage on board.

Ms Zukow said those heading to the festival ignored fasten seat belt signs and were shouting to one another during the safety announcement.

Confirming three men were arrested, the support service manager from Leeds, said it was like being in “a nightclub without the music”.

She said: “It was like being in a jungle with wild animals.

“It was hell on earth. It was the worst flight of my life. It was absolutely appalling.”

Footage shows one partygoer vomiting all over himself before passing out as fellow members of his group grin.

Ms Zukow explained: “They were uncontrollable. No one could calm them down. It was completely unacceptable.

“The cabin crew threatened to throw them off several times.”

Footage shows one member arguing with a female attendant who can be heard informing them that the police were notified and on their way.

A spokesman for the airline has said: “The crew of this flight from Manchester to Zadar (5 July) requested police assistance upon arrival after a number of passengers became disruptive.

“The aircraft landed normally and police removed the individuals.

“The safety and comfort of our customers, crew and aircraft is our number one priority and this is now a matter for local police.”

According to British Government foreign travel advice, 765,000 British nationals entered Croatia in 2017, they say “most vsiits are trouble free”.
